500g-5kg powder semi auto filler

Introduce:

²  The auger filler CJSL5K is controlled by a servo motor, when metering starts, the servo motor rotates at a high speed, the filler feeds in large quantity, when the feed quantity approaches the set value, the servo motor gradually reduces its speed until it is stopped, thus ensuring metering rate and precision. This machine is widely used for powder metering and packaging of foodstuff, chemical industry, etc.

²  The weigher works with one set load cell for getting higher accuracy.

²  The parts which touch with the products, such as the feeder、weighing hopper,etc. Will be made by Stainless Steel 304, other parts will be made by carbon steel with paint. Includes total 2 sets filling screws one two sets bag clamping device, one set for 100g~500g,the other set for 500g~5kg.

²  Technical parameters:

Metering range：100g~5kg; (for different packaging range, need to change the auger shaft)
Metering rate：5~8 bags/min
Precision：±0.3%~0.5%
